Does anyone get internet tv? i want to watch old episodes of popular shows like smallville and seinf

Is there any service that is not one of those scams that keep coming up on yahoo everytime i search that allows you to watch ondemand episodes all the way back to the begining of a series? Most of the websites you go to that say free internet tv are an illegal download program that probably has spyware in it. like a commercial version of limewire or like napster used to be. in2tv on aol does NOT have the episodes im looking for either... it's all interviews. I guess logically i'm thinking if cwtv.com isn't doing it then it's not being done. Wikipedia has an interesting article on internet tv but fails to mention any of the trusted names one might want to get service with.
